Frequently Asked Questions
The application fee is set and collected by the screening company, not Jokobia Properties. Both the tenant and landlord will receive a copy of the report. Feel free to use the report with other rental companies as well.
Setting up appointments with tenants can be a long and timely process. Seeing a tenants background helps us insure that the property will be cared for and maintained as well as affordable for the tenant. We simply do not have the time or interest in showing the property to those who will not meet the standard criteria.
Yes, we do allow up to 2 pets (cats and dogs). We want to insure the safety of our other tenants, so there may be some aggressive breeds of dogs that may not be a good fit for our property.
Yes, there is a $50 pet fee for the first pet and a $35 fee for the second pet.
